REFUND POLICY
At [Yours barista school], we strive to provide high-quality Japanese cultural experiences, including matcha tea experiences, calligraphy workshops, and kimono experiences. Please review the following refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation and to cover preparation costs (materials, staff scheduling, etc.).
If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one time only, subject to availability).

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the following refund policy:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled experience: 100% refund
- Within 7 days of the scheduled experience: 50% refund
- Within 72 hours of the scheduled experience: No refund (0%)
No-shows (without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the booking fee and may not be accepted for future reservations.
For emergencies or illness, please contact us as early as possible. We will review each case individually.

3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened or cancelled depending on the schedule. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel an experience due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., staff issues or facility problems), you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to another available date

5. After the Experience Has Started
Once the experience has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including early departure or personal circumstances.

6. Kimono and Equipment (Important)
Customers are responsible for handling kimono, obi, accessories, and calligraphy tools with care.
In the following cases, customers will be required to cover the full cost of repair, professional cleaning, or replacement:
- Significant stains (e.g., food, drinks, ink, mud, etc.)
- Damage, tearing, or loss
- Any damage beyond normal use
The amount charged will be determined at our discretion based on the extent of the damage.
